The simplest democratic prioritization method. Each person gets a fixed number of votes to distribute among options. Fast, visual, and transparent.

Instructions
- 1Display all options visibly on a wall or board.
- 2Give each participant 3-5 dot stickers (or marker dots).
- 3Participants place dots on the options they support most.
- 4Allow "stacking" (multiple dots on one option) to show strong preference.
- 5Count dots and rank options. Discuss the top 3 before finalizing.
