Instructions
- 1State the proposal clearly.
- 2On the count of three, everyone simultaneously shows their vote (1-5 fingers).
- 35 = strongly support, 4 = support, 3 = can live with it, 2 = have concerns, 1 = strongly oppose.
- 4Anyone showing 1 or 2 must share their concern before moving forward.
- 5Re-vote after discussion if needed. Aim for all 3s or above.
