Instructions
- 1Draw a large arrow on paper or a board, divided into three segments: This Week, This Month, This Quarter.
- 2Each participant writes their commitments on sticky notes and places them in the appropriate segment.
- 3Review as a group: Are the immediate actions concrete enough? Are the longer-term goals realistic?
- 4Assign accountability partners for key actions.
- 5Photograph the arrow and share with all participants as a reference.
