Instructions
- 1Provide paper and envelopes (or a digital form).
- 2Prompt: "Write a letter to yourself 30 days from now. What did you learn? What will you do differently?"
- 3Allow 5-7 minutes of quiet writing.
- 4Collect the sealed envelopes. Commit to mailing them in 4-6 weeks.
- 5Optional: participants can share one sentence from their letter with the group.
