When to Use
Use to surface hidden resistance before they leave the conversation. If commitment is below 7, explore what would raise it.
Follow-up Questions

- •“What's holding you back from full commitment?”
- •“Is this the right goal, or does it need adjusting?”
Coaching Tip
If someone rates their commitment below 7, the plan will likely fail. Explore the gap honestly rather than proceeding with a weak commitment.
